Sports Performance is scientifically designed and tailored to fit each individual athlete. Professional training is provided throughout each session and fits nearly every kind of athlete, for nearly every kind of sport. If you are interested in improving speed, power, agility, strength, and coordination, OSEC provides the premier Sports Performance program in the area.
Each athlete’s initial program is 2-3-days per week for a total of 10-weeks for approximately 90 minutes per session.

Our Treadmills create an optimal training environment to improve an athlete’s running skill, efficiency and ability to produce power – all of which translate to more speed and improved performance in sport. With our professional staff and super treadmills we are able to assess your gait and help you perfect your mechanics. Over 80% of all people are visual learners, and most athletes refine their skills faster when they see what they are doing as they do it. The mirrors in front of our treadmills provide the athlete and trainer feedback at key coaching moments to correct problems and reinforce proper movements. Our new technology includes a self propelled woodway treadmill.

The focus is to develop power, strength, balance and dynamic stability. OSEC’s professional training staff helps each athlete attain their goals to help them perform on their athletic platform.
Our patented Sport Cords provide resistance without changing or affecting proper mechanics. When the conditioning cords come off, athletes produce more power than ever before.
Our Metabolic Conditioning and Plyometric group training is designed specifically for athletes preparing for the upcoming season. We’ve tested, studied and perfected the programs we implement.
